Nourish Yoga

Nourish Yoga is a powerful integrative practice developed by Kelly Patterson.  This is a vibrational experience that incorporates flow yoga with individual chakra clearing, cranio-sacral balancing and hands on assists that run energy into the body to deepen the energetic expression of the pose. This experience will get you acquainted with the 8 limbs of yoga and nourish your energetic anatomy. Through a focus on the subtle energetic alignment, life force energy increases and allows easy connection to our higher, infinite nature.  Essential oils and mantra are also employed to raise your vibration, clear the mind and increase immunity. Learn to increase the flow of prana (ENERGY) on and off the mat and create deep inner stillness.  


Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra translates as the Yogic Sleep. It is a state of consciousness that invokes deep relaxation. During a Yoga Nidra session, Kelly will guide you, using breath and visualization techniques into a mind space that clears stress in the body and mind. This experience literally slows down the brain waves and thus the thoughts on the monkey mind. Studies indicate Yoga Nidra can be quite effective in reducing anxiety and depression and increasing immune system function. Working on the physical level as well as the more subtle fields of our experience, just one hour of practice has the same restorative effect as four hours of actual sleep. Enjoy a re-connection to your quiet inner sphere when you experience this gentle and powerful session.
