Contemplating the Kosha's to Heal Anxiety

The word "kosha" in Sanskrit means sheath or layer. In this class you will learn the yogic perspective on the 5 koshas and how to keep them healthy. We will raise awareness of your physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual layers. This new perception will help you gain control of your emotions,  let go of anxiety and embrace creativity in new and beautiful ways. 

Through guided meditation, pranayama (breath work), lecture and yoga asana, you will gain a clear and embodied understanding of how to increase and maintain your power and vitality.

This class is open to ALL and accessible to ANYONE looking for more tools to manage stress and/or anxiety.
